Dr. Leslie Smith is a board-certified surgeon with over 28 years of experience and a specialized focus in cosmetic surgery and soft tissue treatment. Her background spans trauma surgery, burn reconstruction, and advanced aesthetic medicine, giving her a unique level of precision and expertise in both function and appearance.
Dr. Smith uses her extensive surgical training and advanced knowledge of laser technology, body contouring, and facial rejuvenation to deliver natural, balanced results. As the founder of Sapphire Advanced Aesthetics, she is dedicated to providing personalized care, taking the time to understand each patient’s goals, medical history, and lifestyle to create customized treatment plans.

Eva – Office Manager and Surgical Consultant
Eva has been a licensed cosmetologist for 13 years. She uses this knowledge of beauty, skin care, symmetry and customer service skills for all things Sapphire. As the surgical consultant, Eva is dedicated to helping each client attain their aesthetic goals. Her main focus is helping clients feel comfortable, knowledgeable and ready prior to surgery, as well as post-surgery care and recovery.
Kristina – Receptionist
Kristina has been with Sapphire Advanced Aesthetics for 2 years.
McCall – Administrative Assistant
McCall graduated as an esthetician with an associate’s degree. Using this knowledge of skincare and business, she utilizes her combined skills as an administrative assistant with Sapphire.
Tiffany – Graphic Design and Advertising
Tiffany started as a receptionist and has grown with the company into our graphic designer. Tiffany has been with Sapphire for 6 years. With her extensive knowledge of treatments and graphic design, she uses her skills to create beautiful posters and brochures for our clinic.
Amanda Zarecky – Surgical Assistant
Amanda has worked at Sapphire for almost 2 years and is your surgical assistant! She loves assisting Dr. Smith in achieving your aesthetic goals such as liposuction, nova lifts, and bodytite.
